APW - Elgin, 17J, 12S, 14K multicolor gold HC recase with majestic stag to rear surrounded by foliate detail, rose gold shield to front surrounded by foliate detail, gold cuvette, fancy pale yellow, pale pink, and white enamel SS dial with gold foil arcaded numerals surrounds and gold and silver foil accents, SW-SS, nickel damascene, s#23101825. Gross weight of assembled watch 46.1 dwt (71.6 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, scratches to barrel bridge near center between winding wheels and to balance cock adjacent screw, few micro-fine scratches elsewhere to plates and larger winding wheel, very minor marring to balance cock around balance jewel setting, oxide to steelwork; visible portion of dial with perimeter hl above 11; fine-plus hands; case shows hardly any wear, fine scratches and small marring to cuvette perimeter, ding to upper-right perimeter of rear evident to inner surface of lid but with lesser visibility to exterior, superb engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear; glass crystal with scratch at 5.
